Jaymz Bee brought another stellar lineup of singers to Lula Lounge in Toronto last week for another edition of the most renowned vocal showcase in Canada.
Two dozen singers took the stage for a One-Stop Vocal Jazz Safari attended by an excited audience of JAZZ.FM91 donors.
This particular showcase on Feb. 6 took place under the musical direction of Lou Pomanti, whose band featured the talents of bassist Julian Anderson Bowes, drummer Jacob Wutzke and saxophonist Chelsea McBride.
The lineup of vocalists included Billy Newton Davis, John Finley, Lori Cullen, Jay Douglas, Marc Jordan, Heather Bambrick and many, many more.
