Quique Escamilla is a JUNO-award winning multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, producer, as well as an international touring artist. Originally from Chiapas, Mexico of Mayan-Zaoptex descent, Escamilla is based in Toronto. He stopped by Cafe Latino last month to talk about his most recent tour, the pandemic and using his music to bring awareness to Missing and Murdered Indigenous women and people.
