5. When will I receive my charitable tax receipt?

All donations made before December 31 of the current year will receive their tax receipt by the end of the following February.

6. When I donate to attend a Live to Air concert or a Jazz Safari, do I get a ticket?

Live to Air concerts and Jazz Safaris are not ticketed events. Instead, you will automatically be added to a guest list, and upon arriving at the event, you will be checked in by a staff member or a volunteer. We will follow up by email one week before the event to provide you with the final details.
