For the second consecutive year, JAZZ.FM91 has won an award for Best Jazz Format from the New York Festivals Radio Awards.
The festival honours content from across the globe celebrating excellence and innovation. All aspects of the radio and audio industries are embraced in all genres and platforms.
The award winners were announced during a virtual gala on Tuesday night.
“We’re once again so grateful to the New York Festival Radio Awards for this recognition and humbled to be in the company of such extraordinary storytellers from around the world,” said Dana Wigle, General Manager of JAZZ.FM91. “Beyond the incredible music and programming that we create and broadcast, connecting and sharing the experiences of our community are at the heart of what we do. JAZZ.FM91 was also a finalist for Best Music Special for our celebration of Oscar Peterson Day.
