Mario Posella is a student of the renowned Robb Cappelletto, an absolute master in harmony, discipline and implementing advance techniques. As a result, Mario incorporates many of these practices with his students and on the band stand. Frequently gigging in and out of Toronto, he is the guitarist for more than five artists and groups, namely Tracey Kayy, Azalyne and JC3. In addition, he has played with many internationally renowned artists such as Zahara, Pat Thomas and Amakeye Dede.

Currently, Mario is finishing his undergraduate degree at York University where he is majoring in music, playing with the Juno Award-winning Okavango African Orchestra and teaching privately at the Oakville Academy for the Arts. He is also amassing a large repertoire of songs which will see releases starting in 2021.
