Marie Goudy’s band Paloma Sky is a collective of independent, creative sensitive artists who in the collective sensibility of the band come together as if one beautiful, focused, music-making, and magically conjuring mind. Goudy leads, but it is the interpretive music makers of Paloma Sky who lift the music beyond chart and page to offer a very special storytelling experience that draws the listener in.
The adventure and the ride along the notes, phrases, and lyrics is at once as precocious as it is precious, teasing and provocative, and playful. Harmony stands back for no one with this band. It is a foundation but it is also prominent as an out-in-front essence, as much in the lead as Marie.
