Manteca is an award-winning, pan-cultural musical collective that has received global acclaim for 44 years.
Founded by percussionist Matt Zimbel, the Toronto-based group features nine members of numerous ethnic, musical and geographical backgrounds. The band is known for its powerhouse concerts and original recordings, which feature some of the most respected soloists in Canadian jazz.
