This month, we’re celebrating one of the legends of vocal jazz: the great Jon Hendricks.
JAZZ.FM91 is marking the 100th anniversary of the birth of Jon Hendricks with an all-star celebration of the influential vocalist’s music and enduring legacy.
Tune in on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 7 p.m. ET for an hour of superb music and vocal artistry featuring award-winning and world-renowned singers Dylan Bell, Suba Sankaran and Aaron Jensen. They’ll be joined by pianist Adrean Farrugia, bassist Ross MacIntyre and drummer Ben Wittman, bringing you the music and magic of Jon Hendricks and a musical career that spanned almost nine decades.
