Harbourfront Centre’s highly anticipated return to live music is here, and this year, the Music Garden welcomes a new curator, Gregory Oh.

The Summer Music in the Garden concerts take place most Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m. at the Toronto Music Garden along the waterfront. It’s an exciting time for live music and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome you back!

The 2022 season features multiple commissions by Harbourfront Centre.

Stretching Out: Allison Au Trio

This performance showcases Allison Au (alto saxophone) in a pared-down, intimate musical setting. Featuring Dan Fortin (bass) and Ernesto Cervini (drums), the trio will perform a repertoire of curated original compositions and standard jazz classics. This unusual “chord-free” trio format allows the musicians to stretch out and roam free, allowing flexibility that breathes new life into their interpretations.
