TranzitionzJazz is hosting Remember the Music, an exciting, online jazz benefit concert to support Alzheimer’s research at the U of T Faculty of Music and the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, Sunday, Oct. 5 at 5 p.m. on YouTube Live.

JAZZ.FM91’s Laura Fernandez will emcee and perform alongside Ilana Waldston and Sam Broverman from Recollectiv, and jazz pianist Hilario Durán who will perform a song from the soundtrack The Cuban about an elderly Cuban musician with Alzheimer’s.

Tickets for the YouTube Live stream are $25 and can be purchased at rememberthemusicconcert.com.
