Celebrate Mother’s Day at the fabulous Jazz Bistro Toronto with Juno nominated vocalist/pianist Fern Lindzon with George Koller on bass and Ethan Ardelli on drums.
Toronto pianist, singer, arranger, composer and Juno Award nominee Fern Lindzon moves both comfortably and creatively in several musical directions. She has been praised by critics as “a rare and fascinating talent” and as “a woman who lives confidently with her own instincts and artistry.”
She is best known for her work in jazz, documented by three CDs, Moments Like These, Two Kites and Like a Circle in a Spiral, the second of which was nominated for a Juno Award as Vocal Jazz Album of the Year. Her highly personal repertoire encompasses jazz classics, standards and original compositions, as well as Brazilian and World Music.
