Ahead of Mardi Gras, you can learn how to make some of the tastiest dishes straight from New Orleans.
Join Brad Barker and Bryan Snelson for another appetizing adventure full of great food, drink and music at Cirillo’s Culinary Academy in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
Chef John Cirillo will conduct a demonstration of traditional Mardi Gras favourites that you can wash down with a specialty cocktail. We’ll be accompanied by a live musician to get the party going. It’s just what you need in the depths of winter to warm your bones and soul.
How to attend
Invitations to this event are offered as a gift to you for your donation of $200 per person. Donations are eligible for a tax receipt of $100 issued in February, 2020.
