Jazz brunch at Cirillo’s Culinary Academy

How about a little brunch with your jazz? Or maybe a little jazz with your brunch?
You’re invited to join Brad Barker and Bryan Snelson for a hands-on cooking class led by chef John Cirillo. Together, we will be making a five-course jazz brunch before sitting down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour and some cookin’ live music.
Saturday, October 26 from 10 am to 1 pm
Cirillo’s Culinary Academy: 118 The Esplanade
A group of 50 donors will meet at Cirillo’s Culinary Academy on The Esplanade and will then be split into five groups that will each prepare one of five dishes under the guidance of Chef Cirillo and his highly trained team. Once the meal is prepared, donors can mingle and sample each of the five dishes.
We’ll be accompanied by a live musician to keep the mood light and fun. At the end, every sous chef (that’s you!) will take home a “doggy bag” that includes recipes for each dish we prepared that day.
How to attend
Invitations to this event are offered as a gift to you for your donation of $250 per person. Donations are eligible for a tax receipt of $120 issued in February, 2020.
