Voices of Freedom featuring Monty Alexander’s Harlem-Kingston Express and The Larnell Lewis Band

Monty Alexander and his Harlem-Kingston Express blend the sounds of his native Kingston, Jamaica, with the classic jazz tradition of New York’s Harlem. Grammy Award nominee Monty Alexander has established himself as one of jazz music’s most diverse and globally recognized piano titans. For six decades, Monty has led some of the most celebrated groups in the genre’s history. Joining Monty for this special Voices of Freedom Festival concert is The Larnell Lewis Band with special guest Bakithi Kumalo.
