Join the Advocats Big Band on Monday, May 6th as we spend the First-Monday-of-the-Month doing our most favourite thing: performing a delightful selection of big band tunes to entertain you! What could be more fun than having 17 musicians work all evening just to make you happy? We play two hour-long sets, starting at 7:30 pm and then at 9:00 pm.
Have you been to The Duke Live? It is a great venue for big bands! It is located at 1225 Queen Street East at Leslie, with parking on-site and nearby, TTC convenience (the streetcar drops you at the front door!), wheelchair accessibility, and very tasty and reasonably priced food and drink! Avoid the rush – come early and enjoy your dinner before the show starts!
