Josh Sinclair is a pianist currently studying at the University of Toronto’s Master of Music Performance program.

After completing his ARCT with the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) in 2014, he shifted his focus to study jazz piano at the Humber College community music program. Upon graduating high school, he entered U of T for its jazz performance program and is currently in the first year of his master’s. Through his time at Humber and U of T, he has learned from great mentors such as Dave Young, Kirk McDonald, Chris Donnelly, Dave Restivo and Andrew Downing. He has been the organist and choir director at Boston Presbyterian Church since 2013. He currently performs and teaches around the GTA in various ensembles and composes his own music, which draws from a variety of influences, including classical, jazz and improvised music.
