The Holiday Heroes Instrument Drive!

The holiday season is approaching, this year give the gift of music to those in need.

Join JAZZ.FM91 today and become a holiday hero by donating a gently loved musical instrument and we’ll make sure it goes to a good home!

JAZZ.FM91 has partnered with Beverley Heights Middle School (gr. 6– 8), located in North York.

You can drop off your instrument in good repair to either our Liberty Village studio or at Long & McQuade on Bloor Street. Your generous donations will put much-needed instruments in the hands of young aspiring musicians.

Listen to Principal Rita McMahon and Music Teacher Ruwani de Fonseka talk about the voice and diversity of their school (including a special recording from one of their students) on Good Morning Toronto w/ Garvia Bailey.

JAZZ.FM91 is looking for:

– Percussion (hand drums, mallet instruments)
– Brass (trumpet, trombone, French horn, euphonium, tuba)
– Woodwind (flute, clarinet, saxophone)
– Strings (violin, viola, cello, bass )
– Electronic keyboards
– Guitars
