SING! The Toronto International Vocal Arts Festival, has chosen JAZZ.FM91’s Heather Bambrick as their 2026 honoree for their SING! Toronto Legacy Award.

Annually, SING! Toronto honours a person, organization or ensemble who has made a significant contribution to the vocal arts in Canada and across the globe. “I am so very humbled to receive this honour from SING! Toronto,” says Bambrick. “For as long as I can remember, the only thing I’ve ever wanted to do was to use my voice to entertain audiences and support my fellow artists. The fact that I’ve been able to make a career of it – in so many challenging and rewarding facets – is a tremendous bonus!”

Founded in 2011, SING! Toronto is Canada’s premier acapella festival celebrating the power of the human voice. The annual festival takes place every May and features concerts and workshops for people of all abilities, from students to professional vocalists. Past Legacy Award recipients include Steven Page, Jackie Richardson and The Nylons.
