Gabriel Sanchez is a talented Bolivian musician and teacher based in Hamilton, Ontario. He began his piano studies at the age of seven ranging from church music to classical music at the “School of Fine Arts” in his hometown. His contributions to the community were recognized with the Municipal Merit Medal by the Mayor of Santa Cruz, honoring his musical career and excellence.

Gabriel is a versatile and experienced session pianist/keyboardist that has toured and recorded with many bands, choirs, and artists like Nito Mestre and Carlos Fischer, and has taught music at the German School Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Gabriel is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Music at Mohawk College under the mentorship of Pat Collins, Bob Shields and Rob Fekete while collaborating with local musicians like WTMSD. In 2024, he was nominated by his Music department for the Mary Alice Stuart Award offered through jazz.fm91.
