Acclaimed actor, director & writer Ernest Thompson stopped by Gumbo Kitchen last month to chat about his decades-long career and his most famous work, On Golden Pond, which was made into a movie in 1981. Thompson has won an Academy Award, two Golden Globes, Writers Guild and Broadway Drama Guild Awards and has been nominated for a Tony, an Emmy and a British Academy Award.
