A cool-toned guitarist, aspiring instructor and forever ambitious student, Eddie Trieu is finding his way throughout the multi-faceted dimensions of music.
With his background originally in classical performance, Eddie made the leap into studying jazz performance at York University in 2019. Since then, he has had the opportunity of developing young musicians leading jazz workshops and various bands at the Kollari Institute of Music.
Throughout his time at York University, Eddie has had the privilege of studying with many great jazz musicians, including Roy Patterson, Lorne Lofsky, Artie Roth and Steve Koven.
Eddie is now in his fourth year finalizing his studies at York University, forming his own jazz groups and continues to develop aspiring jazz musicians.
