Renowned vocalist Adi Braun is making her symphonic jazz debut this Saturday, February 8 with TOO DARN HOT! with The Rose Orchestra at The Rose Brampton.
She’ll be performing all 10 tracks from her latest album Night and Day (The Cole Porter Songbook), her tribute album to the great Cole Porter. Night and Day (The Cole Porter Songbook) is her sixth album to date and establishes Braun as one of the most esteemed voices in the jazz and cabaret scene today.
She joined Brad Barker on Afternoon Drive to talk about her musical upbringing in Europe, her “cabarazz” style and her joy bringing friend and collaborator Don Breithaupt’s orchestral arrangements of her Cole Porter Songbook to life alongside the Rose Orchestra.
