Pianist, composer and music professor, Vittorio Mezza will wrap up JAZZ.FM91’s 2017 Sounds of Italy Concert Series. Performing as a trio, Vittorio will be joined by George Koller and Ben Riley!

Receiving his diploma and bachelor in jazz from the St. Cecilia Conservatory of Music in Rome, he attended various course and master classes held by international musicians including Franco D’Andrea. Mezza has gone on to lead jazz piano courses at various conservatories.

Performing in many international festivals, he has opened for the Wayne Shorter Quartet and the Mike Stern Band. Mezza has also performed in a trio with Toronto’s own George Koller and Ben Riley, and this past October, he released Naples Jazz Songs recorded here in Toronto.
